Collection: Defects Kit for Visual Inspection (Knapp test samples)
Test principle:
When a monochromatic laser illuminates the solution, the insoluble matter present in the solution scatters the incident light, and the scattered energy is related to the size of the insoluble matter. The light scattering energy caused by insoluble substances in solution is measured, the amount is compared with the specified smell value to check for visible foreign bodies.
The instrument is calibrated with standard particles before testing the test subject. Unless otherwise specified, the instrument is calibrated with a standard particle solution of 40 μm and 60 μm, respectively. According to the calibration results, the curve equation is obtained, and the sum particle is calculated Diameter 50μ m corresponding to the detection pixel value.
